CloudBudgie Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
YellowCrest Technologies LLC ("YellowCrest," "CloudBudgie," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on cloudbudgie.com and associated CloudBudgie web applications (together, the "Website" or "Services"). This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies do, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences. For broader information about our data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store in a browser or on a device. They can help maintain a signed-in session, remember preferences, or measure website usage. First-party cookies are set by the website you visit; third-party cookies are set by other providers whose technology is used on the website.
We may also use browser storage (such as local storage or session storage) and similar technologies for authentication, security, consent preferences, and website functionality. Some technologies can contain online identifiers or other information that qualifies as personal information under applicable law.
2. How CloudBudgie Uses Cookies
We use, or may use, the following categories of cookies and related technologies:
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, maintaining sessions, protecting against cross-site request forgery, applying security controls, and recording cookie-consent choices. | Authentication/session identifiers, security tokens, and Termly consent storage. |
| Functional | Remembering settings or supporting optional website and application features. | Preference or language settings, where implemented. |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors use our website, measuring visits and interactions, and improving the experience. | Google Analytics cookies and related measurement identifiers, where enabled and permitted. |
CloudBudgie currently uses Google Analytics for website measurement and Termly to manage cookie consent. We do not currently operate a targeted-advertising or remarketing program or intentionally use advertising pixels to personalize ads across third-party websites. This does not mean third-party content can never set cookies; any embedded services and their cookies should be reviewed and categorized based on the actual deployed site.
CloudBudgie also uses Amazon Cognito and supported identity providers, including Google Sign-In, for authentication. Authentication services may rely on cookies or browser storage necessary to complete sign-in and protect sessions.
3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
CloudBudgie uses Termly's Cookie Consent Manager to present consent choices and, where applicable, manage nonessential cookies. You can select or reject categories offered by the consent manager and revisit your selections through the cookie-preferences control available on the Website. Strictly necessary cookies generally cannot be turned off through that control because they support core functions such as login and security.
You can also block or remove cookies using your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies or browser storage may prevent sign-in or interfere with certain features. Rejecting analytics cookies should not prevent you from accessing the Website's core functions.
Where required by applicable law, we respect qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), through our implemented consent-management controls. Our use of analytics and handling of preferences must match the settings deployed on the Website.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. Depending on the configuration and consent choices, Google Analytics may store or access cookies or other identifiers and process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser information, and event or session data.
We do not currently use Google Analytics remarketing or its advertising-personalization features for targeted advertising. For more information about Google's data practices, see Google's Privacy Policy. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, although the availability and effectiveness of controls can vary by browser and implementation.
5. Cookie Inventory and Retention
The specific cookies and other browser-storage items can vary by page, sign-in method, embedded third-party content, and your consent choices. Their retention periods also vary: some expire at the end of a browser session, while others persist until their stated expiry or until cleared.
Cookie inventory: The cookie names, providers, purposes, categories, and expiry periods for the currently deployed CloudBudgie application will be confirmed through an updated production cookie scan. Until that inventory is verified, the categories and examples in Section 2 are descriptive, not a complete inventory of individual cookies. CloudBudgie should publish the verified inventory here or provide a clearly accessible link to a current, maintained cookie declaration before treating this policy as final for production.
We review cookie classifications and retention information when our Website or third-party services materially change. Information collected through cookies may also be subject to retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Technology supplied by third parties—including Google Analytics, Google or other identity providers, and Termly—may set cookies or use similar technologies when their services operate on the Website. Their use of information is governed by the applicable service arrangements and privacy policies as well as relevant laws.
If we later introduce third-party video, advertising, or other embedded services that use additional cookies, we will update our disclosures and consent configuration as appropriate.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our Website, cookies, vendors, consent features, or legal requirements. The date at the top indicates when this policy was last updated. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent.
